Terms of Service
Prices are in USD and payments are only made through PayPal.
Do not pay BEFORE the artist agrees to do the commission.
Client must PAY FULL UPFRONT before the artist starts working on the commission.
Process will begin with rough sketches, then lineart, then coloring, and finally, shading.
Maximum of 3 MAJOR REVISIONS during sketching phase. Extra revisions will have additional charges.
Mistakes on the artist's part will be fixed for FREE. Mistakes on the client's part (e.g, failed to mention an important detail) will have additional charges.
Changes during lineart, coloring, and shading phase will have additional charges depending on the extent of the change.
Upon completion, finished work (PNG, JPG) will be sent through email.
MDP or PSD files will be sent upon request.
Once files are sent, THE TRANSACTION IS OVER.
Artist MUST BE INFORMED prior to agreement if the commission is intended for COMMERCIAL USE.
The artist reserves the right to upload and use the artwork for self promotion. Artist must be notified if the client wants to keep the commission private.
The artist has the right to decline or cancel the commission if the client is rude or generally unpleasant. The client will be FULLY REFUNDED UPON CANCELLATION.
